What are those costumes?? Hilarious. Did you try them on??
They were part of a traditional “Rom” dance, which we didn’t see except for a few of these guys training. Its taken very seriously though, our host said you are not supposed to raise your hands at them or step in their way when they are dancing/jogging near you.
